Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already entered advanced processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to fulfill the cancellation request. Please contact our support team immediately to initiate a cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Mavindor

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent transactions. You will be notified promptly via email if your order is cancelled by our system.

3. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution or bank's processing times, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. Exceptions
