Returns Policy

mavindor is here to support you after delivery. This guide explains how returns and exchanges work so you can shop with confidence.

Definitions

  • Delivery date: the date the carrier confirms the order was delivered.
  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Our error: defective item, damaged on arrival, wrong item or wrong size shipped, or item significantly different from its description.
  • Change of mind: fit or style preference, purchased the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item when the correct item was shipped.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility and Reasons

Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Eligible reasons include:

  • Item is defective or arrived damaged
  • Wrong item or wrong size was shipped
  • Item is significantly different from the product description

Item Condition Requirements

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Items returned outside these conditions may be declined.

Photo and Proof Requirements

To help our team verify quickly, please include:

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the issue/defect
  • A photo of the size tag
  • Full front and back photos of the item
  • Packaging photos if damage occurred in transit

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us the reason for the request and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange). For exchanges, specify the size/color you want.
  4. Attach the required photos (issue, size tag, full front/back, and packaging if relevant).
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Note: Please wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back; unapproved returns may be refused.

Return Shipping and Costs

  • Our error: mavindor covers the cost of the return. We will send return instructions in the approval email. The original shipping fee is refunded when mavindor is at fault.
  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

No restocking fee applies.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned beyond 30 days from delivery
  • Items with stains, odors, or pet hair
  • Minor cosmetic variations (such as slight color differences due to screen settings) that are not defects

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color when in stock. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be offered per this policy. Exchange shipping responsibilities follow the same rules as returns: mavindor covers our-error exchanges; customers cover change-of-mind exchanges.

Approval, Communication, and Processing

  • Approval and instructions are sent by email within 1–2 business days of your request.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
